I brought my 5 year old daughter with me to pick up keys and they surprisingly had gift bags for kids with all kinds of snacks. She was ecstatic. She walked me through setting up everything via phone because I don’t get off in time to make it into the office before they close. She definitely went the extra mile she placed the lock I purchased thru them in my storage unit and pre cut the plastic so I was able to actually get the lock out to use it. My movers told me that it was rat infested, My furniture was chewed up and feces was found throughout the unit. Refused to let me sort out the damage in another unit. Water damage also was noted and reported. They will raise rent once you’ve been there as long term but not on new tenants. New management is awful!
