Good service the manager is very understanding and down to earth (easy to communicate with) good units. The only “negative” thing I didn’t like is my unit’s door is stopped from opening all the way due to the structure design and a beam. Or something being in the way of opening all the way but that’s it, other clients are friendly and it’s clean and pretty peaceful there considering it’s very close to hwy

I was in the process of moving and wasn’t sure if I would need a storage unit or not since places I looked at were small and didn’t offer any storage. Lisa reached out to me a few days after I made the online reservation to introduce herself and see if I had any questions. As mentioned, I wasn’t sure and didn’t anticipate a move until the first of the year. Lisa offered to hold the unit for me until then in case I needed it sooner. I found a place where I could have all my belongings and did not need the unit. So, I contacted Lisa to let her know this 2 weeks before the first. She was very helpful and didn’t make me feel guilty for canceling the reservation and her business was offering some pretty competitive prices for nicer storage units than what you would find in Bremerton. This was my sole reason for choosing them.

Just recently rented a space at Glacier West in Silverdale and Lisa was so accommodating and quick to help us. She contacted me right away to make sure I knew to come and get an access key from her. Lisa, the manager, always greeted me with a smile and treated me very fairly. She went well out of her way to make my experience a good one! Everything looks brand new: fresh paint, clean units, new security gate, new security cameras. The price was right too; they have some of the lowest in the Kitsap county. I would definitely store my items here again!

I’m a hard-working woman — I own multiple businesses, work my ass off in an emergency room saving lives, and on top of that, I’m fighting cancer and going through infusions. Life throws a lot at me, but I keep going. Lately, my car has been unreliable. The battery dies often. Sometimes I need a jump. Sometimes I help others who need a jump. That’s how life works — we help each other. But apparently, helping people or occasionally being stuck in front of my own storage unit is enough reason for staff to treat me like a nuisance. Instead of understanding my situation or simply showing basic decency, I’ve been profiled. I’ve been told to leave. I’ve been told not to come back. I’ve been made to feel like some kind of criminal when all I’m doing is accessing a service I pay for, while juggling more than most people can even imagine. Ironically, I’ve also seen much worse behavior on these premises — trash everywhere, loitering, people doing God-knows-what — and nobody says a word. Yet I’m the problem? I clean up the grounds when others trash it. I smile. I keep to myself. But I’m singled out. Let’s call it what it is: profiling. Judging someone without knowing their full story. I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for fair treatment. Respect. Humanity. Something your staff seems to selectively forget.

ATTENTION SENIOR MANAGEMENT Please be advised that you have a serious management/security problem at this site. My friend Jim is at his storage unit, and someone took the hinges off the door to his unit and stole a bunch of his stuff. Management is unwilling to assign him a secure until tomorrow, Monday. He is wondering if he will have anything left to store by tomorrow??? Also, want to mention he had to ring the bell at the office for a solid hour before the manager answered just to give him the brush off. After Renting this unit for less than 4 months my unit was broken into and everything I had was stolen. There is no cameras in the individual hallways leaving many units not under surveillance. The exit to the street from my hallway is also not covered by security cameras. Previous reviews say they have simplex locks on all hallways doors. They do not leaving anyone that wants to enter the hall the ability to while being under no surveillance . They show no signs of improvement to there security systems. I would strongly recommend not storing here.
