EDIT: After trying to contact the office a few days I received a call from upper management who was so kind. She apologized and offered a fair compensation. I was pleased with how respectful she was and in making it right, and for this reason would recommend this business. I started renting a unit during the summer of 2023. Since then it has been purchased and changed to Glacier West. Prices have gone up, which is fine. But what’s motivating the two-star review today is that I went to check on my things and when I opened up my unit there was dry sprayed mud around the floor and lower things near the entrance within my unit. It goes about a foot and a half in and it’s dirty and gross and some of my things may be ruined. It looks as if they were pressure washing and it went straight under the unit door. I was disturbed and when I went to the office to respectfully figure out what can be done about it, I was told to make an insurance claim. I was dissatisfied that there wasn’t more to offer in making it right because now I have to deal with insurance and cleaning up that mess. ?? No parking. No security cameras. Drive up roll up garage style storage shed. I have a 10×10 and it costs me about $160. They require renters insurance. Used to be 24 hour access now is only 8-9 or something close to that.

This response that Glacier West said is untrue. The new owners (Glacier West) never accept any rent that I wanted to pay. This home is FULL of Mold the 7 years we lived there. We told the previous owners about it and nothing was done. We cleaned the mold every year for 7 years. Corporate comes in and raises prices on everything including the units. The people that rent the units have been there for years and they are not happy with Glacier West. So they moved out. They don’t like big changes. They preferred Rachel as office manager. She was very nice, helped you out when needed. Not so much with Laura.
