Brand new, fair prices and looks super safe. The staff was very helpful and lives onsite. I've never seen a self storage facility that looks like a winery... very nice

I had reserved a storage unit the day prior online. Just as I had completed the reservation, Oakley Gateway Self Storage was calling and arranging a time for me to come in. The next day I arrived and was pleasantly greeted. The gentleman showed me the unit I had reserved and I not realizing it would be so small, he showed us larger units that were available. I reserved the unit, signed the paperwork and was given a gate code. It was a quick and easy process. The facility is clean and well managed. If youre looking for a storage facility, youve found the right one!!

BEST PRICES IN TOWN!!!
this is by far " THE BEST " STORAGE place around! I cannot remember the man's name as I calk everyone sweety but he is "Awesome!"
He greats you, he smiles, he has a "very" friendly personality which is wanderful,
Considering those other storage places like the one on (Main street) at that light near Chevron heck they want close to $300. for a large storage they are full of it, and no-one smiles nor says hello. I hate when a person does not great you nor smiles as it just ruins a persons day to walk into a business and see someone ugly in the face frowned up like a bulldog!
I will refer this Self Storage on Laurel any day!
Keep up the great friendly service and Great Promotions, let's people know that the owner has a Big Heart when considering his prices lets people feel that he is thinking about our money problems, bills, situation, etc.

Rented a storage unit to move my elderly fathers belongings into. A few days after renting the unit my father passed away. We decided to clear out his belongings through donation or passing to a relative. Never used the unit. When I went to cancel my lease they offered their condolences and said they would see if they could refund some of the prepaid costs. I didnt expect it, but the issue went up the ladder and my full fee was refunded. A truly compassionate response. So shines a good deed in a weary world. . Thank you

I checked in and did all of my paperwork in less than 30 min! The place is clean and the prices are reasonable depending on the size storage you need! From the time I reserved my move in date to completing the paperwork I felt the staff was very professional and helpful in terms of explaining things! I highly recommend Oakley Gateway Storage!

The guys here are great and the facility is very clean and the place seems very secured. Most of all the price is the cheapest in town. Cant go wrong with these guys.

This storage facility is by far the BEST!! The front office personnel (George) was so accommodating to all of my needs. As a senior citizen we have to be careful who we deal with on storing our personal belongs. Next time you need to store any personal belongings whether it's a car whether it's furniture Please go see the staff at Oakley Gateway Self Storage a facility where YOU come first.

This is the third storage facility I've used and with out a doubt, the best one of the three. The property is clean, the staff hereare friendly and welcoming, and it is less expensive then both of the others. I'm very happy I found Oakley Gateway Self Storage. And I got to move in prorated for only $1.00. I'm happy!!!

Response time was prompt, customer service was exceptional, rates are great and the units are so clean they smell new. Not sure what more you need to convince you to store here. Highly secure and in a convenient location off of the bypass. George was wonderful and a pleasure to work with. An easy and seamless, everything you want in a transition. Store your stuff here!

Great storage facility! Not sure why the previous post is rated as a one star rating by Daniel Kuan. We are dealing with Covid-19 if you havent noticed. A lot of specialty services, such as elevator repair are at a stand still. So chill bro! Use the stairs. Good for your health.
I have had nothing but great experiences at this facility. Housekeeping, customer service and prices are always competitive and exemplary.

Great customer service made me feel very welcomed! Answered any questions and was very polite. Showed me two units I was interested Hoyt also took the time to see what other units were available. Easy paper work and I was able to get the storage I needed same day business always helps when moving. I would definitely recommend this storage

Oakley Gateway Self Storage (OGSS) is a clean, safe and convenient storage facility. An added benefit is that this two-story facility is new. The gate hours are agreeable to fit most schedules. The office is accessible seven days a week and the staff are friendly, personable and accommodating. The rates are fairly reasonable compared to other self storages, however, they excelled during the first few months where they offered an incredible discount--a good deal if you want short term, only. New tenants also have access to use, at no charge, a "move-in" truck which is provided by the facility. The facility location is convenient, at the corner of Laurel and Empire, right next door to a 7-11 that boasts a gas station.
